Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the pick/up delivery date will be subject to a 50% charge of the total value of the order.  

Returns
We are unable to accept any returns at this time.

Missing/Damaged Items
If you are missing any items from your order, or if your items are severely damaged or in poor condition, please contact us for a refund on those items. Refunds will be immediately processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to be posted to your account. 

Refunds
If you are due a refund and haven’t received it yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at ny-catering@eataly.com.

Item Replacement (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and only in lieu of a refund. Contact us at ny-catering@eataly.com if you would like to replace a damaged item. Replacements can only be provided at the next round of deliveries.
