A bit sweeter than their Pacific cousins, Atlantic Cod has a lean, flaky yet somewhat dense flesh that is mild but distinctive in flavor. If you enjoy Pollock, Haddock and Hake, be sure to include Atlantic Cod on your menu too. Atlantic Cod is extremely versatile to prepare. You may bake, broil, steam, poach or sauté it, keeping herbs, spices and sauces subtle.
